Sending this doesn’t make us your attorneys yet; that happens when we both sign an engagement letter. We haven’t checked for conflicts either: it’s possible we already represent someone on the other side of your matter, and if we do, we’ll tell you we can’t take it. Ohio’s rules require us to keep what you tell us here confidential either way, and not to use it against you. Even so, please save anything truly sensitive for the call.
